Sunrise Care is an innovative organisation based in Wembley, providing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.


The Residential setting is an environment where people who require all levels of support can enjoy activities tailored around their needs. Clients are assisted in social activities and some are able to develop daily living skills in the community.


We are looking for people with initiative and are able to contribute to our lively and dedicated team. The successful candidates will have a “can do” attitude and enjoy supporting people to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life.

If you can answer yes to all of the above questions, then you are the support worker that we are looking for to join our team;


  • The Support Worker will be instrumental in the wellbeing of the clients, which involve personal care and daily outings where appropriate.

  • The Support Worker will provide support during the day and overnight to a range of clients who have booked short stays.

  • Manage behaviours which may challenge by working within agreed guidelines


Applicant must have the following requirements;


  • Relevant experience of working with adults with learning disabilities

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Enjoy being active and supporting people

  • Be able to work flexible hours including weekends, sleep-ins and waking night duties

  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team


Hours: All shifts

Salary: From £14,560 pa, pay scales increase based on experience and qualifications
