Sunrise Care is an innovative organisation based in Wembley, providing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.


Our Supported Living service provides a variety of support tailored to individuals needs. Clients are encouraged to develop and enhance their daily living skills and to participate in community activities on a regular basis.


We are looking for experienced staff with the ability to lone work to join our passionate and dedicated team. The successful candidates will have a “can do” attitude and enjoy supporting people to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life.

If you can answer yes to all of the above questions, then you are the support worker that we are looking for to join our team;


  • The Support Worker will have the confidence to lone work and the ability to risk assess situations as and when required.

  • The Support Worker will have overall responsibility of our clients wellbeing while on duty, which involves personal care, daily living skills and activities where appropriate.

  • Will be able to deal confidently with client behaviours which may challenge within their agreed guidelines.

  • Enjoy a person centred approach and the ability to work creatively with all clients.

  • Have experience of working with people with learning disability, mental health and autism.

  • Be fully trained and experience in the handling of medication.

  • Have good domestic skills and good attention to detail.


Applicant must have the following requirements;


  • Relevant experience of working with adults with learning disabilities

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Enjoy being active and supporting people

  • Be able to work flexible hours including weekends, sleep-ins and waking night duties

  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team


Hours: All shifts

Salary: From £14,560 pa, pay scales increase based on experience and qualifications
